SIMON SNASHALL

Simon is an actor, writer and facilitator.

A Brief History

Simon started his acting career whilst at school in West London playing “Bottom” in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. He was then encouraged to join the National Youth Music Theatre and National Youth Theatre and was taken on in both, performing numerous roles in the 3 years he spent with them. He then joined the Metropolitan Police (as you do!) spending 4 years as a Crime Desk Officer in CID. His theatrical leanings however got the best of him and following a number of leading roles at the Questors Theatre in Ealing he decided that he would finally apply for Drama School. He proved successful and was accepted as one of just 12 students onto the prestigious 3 year Acting course at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Graduating in 2000 Simon has now worked extensively throughout the industry in Theatre, TV and Comedy. His versatility has seen him chasing down terrorists on prime- time TV, playing a “flock of sheep” in the 39 steps on stage and performing to an audience with the lights switched off in Macedonia (Some would like to keep it that way!!).

Simon is also a writer, corporate roleplayer and experienced facilitator. Both his CVs are available on the Home Screen.
